What is the Governing Committee
The 11th Department Governing Committee is the body that reviews, evaluates, and selects the projects agreed upon and approved by the Sector Groups Members of each Diaspora Region Committee.

The Governing Committee has as its members the Executive Director of the 11th Department Organization and the eight Diaspora Region Chairs.

What is the Diaspora Region Committee
There is a Diaspora Region Committee for each Diaspora Region (see USA Region image example on right) that has the responsibility of reviewing, evaluating, and selecting the projects the Sector Groups' Members of the region voted for.

A Diaspora Region Committee has as its members the Region Chair and the Sector Group Leaders.
