Every donation on the 11th Department supports community-led work—projects rooted in Haiti’s 10 Departments and shaped by diaspora expertise across our Regions and Sectors.

You can give in two ways:

  1. Fund a specific project you care about (recommended)
  2. Support the platform & coordination work that keeps projects organized, transparent, and moving

Where your donation goes

Your donation helps cover:

  • Project execution (materials, services, and implementation needs)
  • On-the-ground coordination with local partners in Haiti’s Departments
  • Planning & reporting (milestones, updates, and outcomes tracking)
  • Platform operations (tools, moderation, communications, and administration that support the work)

Accountability & transparency

We make project progress visible so donors and members can track what’s happening:

  • Milestones posted publicly (when applicable)
  • Monthly updates on progress and blockers
  • Budget visibility (high-level breakdowns and use of funds)
  • Outcomes + lessons learned shared after major phases
