11th Department projects are not random campaigns. They are member-driven initiatives shaped inside our Sector working groups and supported by a global network of professionals, organizations, and community members.
Projects typically focus on practical outcomes such as:
local services and community development
education and training
public health support
agriculture and food resilience
infrastructure and energy solutions
business and job creation
governance, justice, and civic empowerment
cultural economy
Projects begin with members identifying needs in their communities — in Haiti and across the diaspora. Ideas are discussed and shaped inside Sectors, strengthened with research and planning, then submitted for review.
