The 11th Department is a global community of Haitians and Friends of Haiti working together to support practical, diaspora-led solutions for Haiti and Haitian communities worldwide.
We bring together individuals, nonprofits, businesses, and partners across regions and sectors to collaborate, share expertise, and organize resources—so ideas can become measurable projects.
