11th Department Board of Directors

The Board of Directors provides governance and oversight to help ensure the 11th Department stays mission-driven, accountable, and aligned with the needs of the Haitian diaspora and partners in Haiti.

The Board supports the organization by guiding strategy, strengthening leadership and policies, and helping ensure responsible stewardship of resources as the platform grows.

Board responsibilities may include:

• Setting strategic direction and ensuring mission alignment
• Providing oversight of organizational policies, compliance, and risk management
• Supporting transparency and responsible use of funds
• Advising on partnerships, growth, and long-term sustainability
• Helping strengthen community trust, credibility, and impact
