Mr. Maxo Pierre-Louis is the Director of Education at the 11th Department. Originally from Les Cayes, Maxo has dedicated more than two decades to advancing education in Haiti. He has served as Director of multiple EFACAP schools in the south and was the first National Coordinator of Haiti’s 39 EFACAP networks.

He has also contributed to national curriculum reforms and co-founded CAPTÉH, an educational support center focused on transforming teaching in Haiti. With his leadership and hands-on experience, Maxo continues to be a driving force for innovation in Haitian education.
